Khyber sword for comment

I have added a Kyber sword/knife to my collection. Its 74 cm long so I am inclined to call it a sword. Blade is wootz with a wide T-spine, really sturdy.
Grip is bone or ivory. It fits snug in the scabbard that has a really unatractive repair.

I would call it Afhanistan 19th century. I was hoping that someone could pin age and place of manufacture a little more precisely.

Thanks!

Peter

Very nice! Wootz blade is rare on Khybers.
Let me know if you are tired of it. I shall hug it , and kiss it, and I shall call it George:-)

Nice tight wootz.
