"picture of the King"

I have seen recently very intriguing spherical object made of kind white-yellow metal approximately 17-20 cm in diameter 40% is missing the rest I tried to make some pictures.

Have you seen somewhere this type of eagle? Or face of the King?
What do you think about “the scene” helmets cloths etc? Any opinions very very welcomed.

What would that be used for? Very nice!

I think the clue is in your first picture of the man in the middle holding a royal orb denoting power; yours probably had a cross on top of it at one time or another.Just a guess.

Reminds me of an image I saw of Charlemagne. This is much more crude, however.
