Seeking additional sword information:

So far, I have been informed that this is an American Militia officer's sword from around 1830-1840. Most likely made in England. The handle appears to be made of Ivory with gilded hilt and scabbard. The peening or riveting of the tang of the blade at the end of the pummel is in a flower pattern. There are no names on it. The blade is etched with a liberty cap, scrolls, American eagle, "E. Pluribus Unum", etc. There is another eagle on the scabbard. Any idea of who made it? A date? etc.? Any additional info would be appreciated.

Thank you for looking.
