A mace or another Indian weapons?

Hi all!
What do you think if the subj is not a mace but it is a top or more likely a bottom of another weapons? Later remade in manner as some spearheads?

The top pics looks likely a very finely crafted spear, or lance butt mount to me.

The second looks like a sang mounted as a sword with its fine ferrule mounted as the haft or hilt.

May be there was a tradition to remake the long-shaft weapons in shorter ones?
