Karabelas for comment...

5 Attachment(s)
Just acquired this pair of karabelas.

Wood (?) hilted one has an engraved blade with what appears to be a Polish slogan, like many polish sabres. The fullered blade has what looks like a parabolic curce.

Gilt Hilted one has a Yelman. The blade may have a shallow fuller. Blade may have engraving or etching not very apparent in photos.

More details on arrival...

Any comments or info appreciated...Thanks.

These are vintage replicas from the late 1900's made is Eastern Europe, likely Poland.
