Do you know any Japanese sword polisher in Europe?

Hi,
For long time i had a nice long silver scabbard from a cretan knife, and i decided to fill it with a novelty, ie to make a new cretan knife using a Japanese blade.
The blade i also have for many years, it fits perfectly in shape and length with the scabbard, and also it had most of its nakago (handle) part was missing, so it was not likely to be mounted again as a Japanese wakizashi.

So, we added a piece of metal at the end of the remaining nakago, and make the holes that will be used for attaching the ivory.

Now its time to give a polish to the blade, so i am looking for a decent polisher (not necessary the best and not the most expensive one), that will be able to make the beauty of the blade come out.
Any ideas?
He has to be located in Europe, as customs procedure for blades coming outside Europe is a nightmare...
