Strange kaskara blade

4 Attachment(s)
Gentlemen,

This kaskara was posted on another Forum and generated quite a lot of imaginative and fruitless discussions.
The blade is strange: the decorations within the fullers are something I can't remember of seeing before. There are two stamps: one on the ricasso, another at the end of the fullers. Both look Solingen-ish, but they clash with the decoration of the fullers.
Anyone here can offer a cogent attribution?

Blade should be from an Ethiopian straight saif. These turn up occasionally in kaskara, seen a few over the years with this design.
