Is this a pulwar or just odd!

From the same source as the last one but very different to any pulwar that I've encounterd. Brass hilt and rather a lot of decoration, along with the odd shape.
Blade also is not the classic shape, I would guess more Persian in style.
Any and all help appreciated.
Cheers
Andy

Looks like a nice pulwar to me. Some pulwar and tulwar have the shamshir style of blade. But I am far from an expert on these. I am sure someone who knows better will answer soon

I would classify the blade as Indian or Afghani rather than Persian due to the unsharpened section of blade just forward of the hilt. This "ricasso" is much more typical on Indian and Afghani pieces than Persian blade. Most Persian blades lack this ricasso. The hilt is the classical Pulouar hilt.
