Whip with concealed weapon for comment

Hello Everyone,

Thought this may be of interest to some members, I don't believe it is very old but it is nicely made and decorated, I have only seen one illustration of a similar whip when trying to research it online. The one I saw said that it was made in Spain for the Moroccan market  The decoration certainly looks North African to me.

Hi Miguel.

You're right. That is a very neat dual purpose item. A horse/camel whip, with a spike for protection. The decoration on the spike is similar to what you see on many original ramrod tips on Moroccan long guns. So this item being made for that Market is probably a good guess. Again, super neat item.

I agree - it does look Moroccan to me. Nice.
