Bronze age weapons reading list enquiry

Over the years, I've taken more of an interest in bronze age weapons from China Asia and Europe.

I know the collecting facet is fraught with danger and I often wince at the thought of going down this road and adding others to my collection but in the interest of growing knowledge in the area, can those more learned on the subject add to this thread, book details of anything known to them so I can further investigate.

The only title on my shelves is Early Celtic Masterpieces from Britain, in the British museum... no weapons, only shields, helms and asccurements.

Thanks in advance.

Gavin

Neil Burridge's bronze sword channel might be worth a watch.

Gavin,

Here is a paper on Caucasian Axes. Other pics, etc. available by Googling on that topic. I have a reproduction from the area of same style of one of the Christie's sales. Not as elaborate, but it has remains of an iron inlayed snake and lightly engraved fish and other representations of their symbols of the Underworld.

Probably very much more general purpose tools than weapons, I found this brief but informative page on the development of bronze axes in Britain - Ripple-Hoard - when researching after I was fortunate to acquire a palstave that showed up in a mixed antiquities lot purchased in a local estate sale by a friend.
