The diameter is about 30,2 cm.

Thank you. I like the rattan version, the 'peurise awe', more from an artistic point of view. But that the handle and cushion are both still present, was the deciding factor for me buying it.
I personally never have seen one (peurise Teumaga) so complete before.

Nice shield. Sometimes these old damages bring character to, in this case, the peurise.
I have several objects with clear 'war' damages. Most of these were pick-ups from the battlefield, or convescated, and taken home by Dutch east Indië marechaussees...
