An early 19th century walking stick, which must have belonged to some noble owner, a court officer, a polititian or the like. The little ring on the scabbard's mouth, must have been to lock a frog, at a later stage. There is a little repair in one top side of the wooden scabbard.
The beautyfull 80 cms. (31 1/2") blade dates from the late 17th / early 18th century, and has once mounted a rapier; its condition is excelent. It has the most unusual inscriptions in Spanish. The translation would be, in one side:

No to love that doesn’t bring torment
And on the other:
If it’s not firm, you will pay me with this one

All in all, an old and rare piece with history.
Selling for 450 Euros.
Will accept proposals, including a convenient swap.

I will make a final proposal, before i give up this deal.
350 Euros ... the blade is worth more than that.
A convenient swap still stands; an indian piece, or other.
