Probably a moder repro, but could someone translate the inscription?

Dom one question- now that I look at it al Fatah is clear but what is at the begining looks like ya?

my translator ;)
noticed those two letters without knowing the signification
and told me that sometimes for embellishment it's wasn't rare
to be honest, she's not a specialist,
even she's graduated from Cairo University
her field being the public-relations :shrug:

Hello sounds great pm me when it gets closer. I do not find a lot of antiques anywhere in North africa so that is not a suprise and getting them out is always interesting. A beer sounds great my wife speaks french better than my butchered spoken arabic.

I go often to Cairo and the last time I noticed that even the very overpriced kaskaras they were no more
Are you sure about the law? I thought it was something like 200+ years old. I buy antiques of 19th century easily (when I find them)
