Hi all! I found these pictures on the web time ago. Maybe you already know them but I think that are quite interesting: the first one and the second one shows weapons from borneo (even if at least one of the klewang could be also a moro campilan) and the third one shows strange philipino pieces, I think.

Thanks Flavio,
The second one I believe is from mostly Timor and maybe some neighbouring islands, not Borneo.
The third one shows very unusual swords, no idea from where?
Thanks for sharing!

Hi Ben,
Yes I see the names but don't recognise the blades, hilts etc. as those names?
Maybe the collector (museum?) looked them up in Stone as resembling pieces?
All of them also have the same kind of ferrule!??
The Krises looks like they have no ganya, no fretwork and also the knife-point of the left one is unusual?
Flavio, do you remember from where those pictures are?

Hi Michael, pictures come from the site:
http://siris-archives.si.edu
Smithsonian Institute. I have used the option "search" with the word "sword" (for the first and second, but to be honest I don't rember how I have found the third one :p , maybe the same).
