Alaung Hpaya, Thanks for the wonderful information so far! I'd be grateful if you'd translate the writing on these Dhas for me. I don't know if the writing on the lone sword is the same in the language as the other two. I suspect it is a name. Thank You!

Hi,
Some of it is in Pali , but I'll try to decipher it . I've saved it so that I can enlarge and photoshop it if that's ok .

Wisaya Min-Tha taing pyi ga hnyin pon
Picture of the Wisaya Prince being exiled from the country . Wisaya is Visaya in Pali which means victory / triumph . Likely to be the name of the prince rather than meaning victorious prince.
Gauyapa?? Min ne __________ Pon Na-ga
King Gauyapa?? and - could be Gautama ( as in Siddhartha ) but consonant definately looks a Y not a T and a P not a M ( also P and M are similar ) - Pali is not my forte :D Brahmin ??
The next one is not terribly clear ( could you post a higher res scan ? )
Could be Si-du-ya-a mat taung or Si-nu-ya-ba mat taung( neither of which makes much sense ) . Could be a name in Pali .
Wisaya Min ( Tha - there seems to a bit missing ) hpaung hne hmyaw thwa khan ?
Scene where the Wisaya Prince sets adrift on a raft .
On the third sword are just initials.
Na Ba Ya ( N B Y )
