does all the weapon contributors get a free copy of this catalog, or do we have to pay for it?

Not being a contributor, I forked out $100 for the book and PayPal-ed it to the poetic place named Shadow of Leaves ( a distant cousin of the Blades of Grass).
Does anyone here have an idea whether:
1. The book is already available or they are just taking orders?
2. If available, how long will it take to get a copy? As you can see, I am a bit impatient to get my hands on it :)

Every contributor gets one free copy ; not through Shadow of Leaves.

If contributors want more than their free copy then they must pay for each additional copy through Shadow of Leaves.

S.O.L. is the sole distributor of the catalogues to the public.

This is a pre-publication offer; I have no date to offer for when y'all will receive your copies.

thank you, rick

it's just that i haven't heard anything about the catalog situation, and if it wasn't for a fellow contributor asking me if i receive any address confirmation email (which i didn't recieve) from macao museum in regards to the catalog, i wouldn't have known anything about it. actually he was asking me something else; he wasn't sure if this address confirmation was for the catalog, or for a thank you letter. perhaps my email address has been misplaced? well, for future referrence i could be reached at:

Hi there,

I placed my order on Friday, I was told they would be out by mid April or earlier depending on how quickly they sold out.

Cheers
