Based on the sheath it looks like a Siraui from central Sumatra.
The handle and blade isn't that typical for a Siraui however.
Does the knife fit perfect in the sheath?

Hello Lew,
I'd suggest a generic "Pisau" - can't place the scabbard with certainty but wouldn't be surprised if the whole piece were from Sumatra.

Hello Michael,
Western central Sumatra, i. e. Minang Kabau?

Hi Kai,
I noticed that they also were found in Jambi, that's why I suggested central Sumatra.
Also I am not that confident in that the knife belongs to the sheath?

Hi Lew,
Then you have a very unusual knife for that scabbard.
Usually the hilt and blade looks like this.
