Nice to see some interest in Indian swords coming up!
Obviously Mughal, anxious to see the entire sword.....context is important.

I'm not entirely sure but I see something that looks like 1220... 1220 hijri would be 1805/1806.

This is another koftgari embellished Mughal tulwar from N. India, likely Delhi, late 18th c. into early 19th.
It has notable similarity but not the inscribed characters on the hilt.

The inscription on the guard says
راکیش خان ۲۲۰ روپیه
'Rakesh Khan, 220 rupees'

Ah, I misread that as 1220. :o
