Got this Shibriya today... Nothing special but I kind of like them... and try to buy them when I see them here because they usually are going very cheap...
The one in the top on the third picture is probably bought by a Swedish UN soldier on mission in Gaza 1960...

Great example. The craftsmanship is better than average, probably made sometime in the 40's. Jordanian.
Can you share additional images of the Gazan example?

Hi Hombre, I would say that the two top ones were both likely from the Gaza United Nation Emergency Forces operation, as they both share very similar decoration and craftsmanship. Attached is one that I have, engraved “UNEF GAZA 1960”. It was purchased years ago from Stockholm. Interestingly, Sweden was one of the eleven countries contributing forces in Gaza during the campaign between 1956 -1967. Also attached, another Bedouin style shibriya of Jordanian manufacture, about 1940 – 1960.

Great example! let me know if you ever consider having it for sale.
Gazan items made in the 20th century are generally of a similar quality. But there are shamshirs made in the 19th and lower of exceptional quality. One was published in the forum a few years ago.

This is one simple Shibriya I got 1999 in Aqaba/Jordan. The sigil on the blade depicts the blacksmith "Hani Mehsin".
The second one is from Jordan as well and shows a nice example of Niello.
The third one is very simple, but I think it is interesting that the sheath reminds of syrian works you'd find on Magdali Khanjar for example. :)
Best
