Do you have doubts about any of them?
The upper two have nice wootz blades, and I'd like very much to see the bottom one's blade in a close up to check out the pattern. :)
The only material that I find puzzling are the scales on the bottom one, but I'll guess bone for that one.

No ,pretty sure 2 are Ivory but friend has his doubts as Ivory not as "clean" as his Ghana's Ivory pieces. I was thinking this one could be walrus as sure I've seen old walrus tusk this colouring and graining.
Blades has a wide water pattern and I've yet to clean this piece but think its just faux staining of the metal

Yep, that last one is clearly bone. The shot of the end of the handle nails it for sure as you can see the porous structure of the center of the bone.
I would say the other two are ivory though.

Well, you got 1 out of 3. ;)
There is just no way that bottom example is walrus ivory. Look closely at the photos showing the butt of the handle. That is clearly "spongy bone" that you can see in the area circled in red. I don't think there is any doubt we are looking at bone here.

Walrus ivory: you can see the dentine that makes up the core of the tusk.
