Another strange item... It certainly looks like an axe, but could be some sort of tool also? The edges are sharp and is a heavy blade made for use...

I believe in Stone's it is called a kudjing (?).
I'm guessing Indonesian in any case.

Stone calls it a kudi tranchang:A very peculiar sword [said with great understatement :)] formerly used in Java and other Malayan countries. Raffles says it was given up in Java in the 18th century.... Similar arms were used quite recently in Madura.... Fig. 494.The first two shown in Fig. 494. look quite similar to the one shown above. They are identified as "A carpenter's tool, Madura" and simply "Madura".
