Well, I seem to be on a China/Pottery/Plate kick and I just picked up this Dragon Bowl. I know very little about this subject other than what I like, however a very rudimentary rule I have is a 3 Toed Dragon is Japanese, & a 5 Toed Dragon is usually Chinese and a 4 Toed Dragon can be Korean. Is this a Korean Piece and if so any additional information would be appreciated.

As nice as this is, I think it is a little crude for Chinese.
I would lean toward Korean, but not as sure since this is not my area.

Thanks for the comments. I don't think that Korean potters didn't have the capability to produce excellent pieces, but rather that this piece was probably produced rurally, meant to be more utilitarian than aesthetic.
