I’ve been offered this sword recently. It strikes me as austrian. Probably a pubblic official sword of some kind.
The coat of arms is probably the key for a further and more acurate identification.
It looks like a castle with three towers and a count crown above.
Can somebody help me to identify that coat od arms?

Zagreb (Agram), capital of Croatia.

The problem with this coat of arms is that the gate is closed. Otherwise it could also be Bratislawa/Pressburg.
It could be a parade sword of an official marching band, because of the lyre depicted on scabbard.

Exactly, thank you both for your comments. I’ve been towards Prague, because of the Bohemian Lion head, but there is ni sword on the gates. Same for Zagreb, the doors are closed and there is no sign of the moon and star. Astute observation about the lyre.
Could it be Gorizia/Görz?
Did the k.u.k even use this coat of arms?

Could also be the coat of arms of the city of Hamburg/Germany

The gate doesn’t have to be closed at all times, but maybe there should be a hill and the moon and star. The towers are properly crenelated though.
Yes looks like a bandsman’s sword and looks vaguely Napoleonic.
