I would like to id this armourer’s mark ,could it be Nuremberg ?
Any help on it would be appreciated.

Struck at an angle but it sure looks like it could be.

That thing is so degenerated, or perhaps not even fully struck that its hard to tell what it is. Can you discern more by looking at it from different angles?

For me it seems that this mark representing a bat.

similar helmet from Hermann Historica said to be english or flämisch pickman helmet circa 1600/1610 .
