arabic mortar?

Just got new "mortar" some of the words are translated as "long life, the honoured king, brings more..." what do you think about it any comments?
Is it possible to guess age by vocabulary style?

This is kitchen mortar :) maybe for herbs preparation? The dimensions will try to post tomorrow
