Yup weird but I am viewing from a Chromebook. I do open pdfs with this, so I don't know. I will check via a pc later.

Edit
I sent it to an external drive and can open it fine. Strange? I just dunno.

Looks like an independent article. The Metropolitan Museum calls it an essay; as various other contained in their publication of a symposium on Deccan arts, held in 2008.
The whole book contains over 320 pages:
