Here are pictures of a Ottoman jambiya with gold koftgari inscription in Arabic. In here I think I see a bismallah and some Qur'anic verse. Would someone help in the translations please?

It is indeed an extract of the Holy Koran.
The reading in is easy, just few time to give to my translator,
so that she can find the verse and the sourate corresponding to the text. :p

1st picture
from Holy Coran
Sourate n° 48 "El Fath" (The Victory)
verse n°1 , and verse n° 3
each verse is complet

2nd picture
need some time more, coze, is one verse from one sourate, which one ??
need some search :o and the Holy Coran is vast :p ... 114 sourates only :rolleyes: for a total of I dunno how many verses :confused:
