For sale is a Mak or Dha from Northern Thailand or neighboring region.
The blade is of the mono steel variety, which seems to be hand forged. The blade is slightly loose. The ferrule looks to be made from the same material as the blade. There is a ring encircling the top ferrule that has detached. The ferrule is tight to the handle. The handle is bamboo.
Dimensions OAL 23.5", Blade 13.5", Widest part of blade 2.5", thickest part of blade nearest the handle 5/8"
