My first guess is a Visayan Panabas inspired by the Moro version.
But it could of course also be a captured Visayan blade remounted as a Panabas?
I don't think it looks at all like any of the Indonesian stick sword variations.
Look forward to comments from those with more knowledge than me of Visayan and Moro swords.
I will recieve it within a week or so in case additional close ups are needed to evaluate what it is.

It is difficult to tell a lot from the pictures, the blade looks "chopped."
As you know, it's a modified tenegre (capture/modify, maybe due to a broken tip???). Even the sheath is modified to fit the new shape.
Interesting piece.

I have a Visayan bolo with the same type tip. I don't think it was broken, just a variation. Neat piece. Congrats.

Thanks for the comments,
I agree with Ferguson that the tip probably isn't broken.
F.i. in the Spanish museum pictures on this forum there are a few Visayan bolos with a tip like that.
