Hello to all
could identify you this sword it is 80 cm long, blade 62 cm, thickness 5 mm.

Blade looks like that of a yatagan, with a handle of kora, blade handle is inlaid with designs in silver, I think that the handle is one can twisted blade junction...

can translate you what is inscribed on the blade...

Weird. The blade appeard to be real but the hilt is made up. Syrian silver work from what I see so probably one of the sword makers there had a blade to mess with.

Hi Weapons,
this does seem to be a 'marriage' of parts. The hilt does indeed look like one from a Kora. The knuckle guard seems a total 'mis-match' .... and looks like it would have been better turned the otherway round. The fixing of the knuckle guard to the guard looks very weak.
'Married' swords such as this are always hard to determine ... whether this is a genuine attempt to create a weapon for use (therefore having some history) or a fantasy /made-up piece for monetary gain  .

Kind Regards David

PS it looks like the rear disc has been arc welded
