An excellent link Dom, thank you for sharing.

The images in this link, again show Khevsurian warriors wearing sabres in unclad dress much like this one presented here. It also clearly shows the clad type they are fmaous for.

Stan, with your knowledge of the language, perhaps you can offer some insight in to this link I posted some time ago?

I am not sure what translation you are referring to... I can translate from Russian (the language in question in the original post) but don't see any Russian referenced in your thread. Could you clarify?

Apologies Stan, I was seeking information from the text and pics in the link that Dom posted in relation to Khevsurian swords.

The images shown in my link and those in the link Dom shared showed Khevsurian warriors carrying sabres that are not clad in the manner in which many refer to and stand by without offering any further detail :shrug:

I was hoping that perhaps the text offers further insight?
