David Edge and John Miles Paddock, Arms and Armour of the Medieval Knight.

Still an unrivaled reference work for all kinds of medieval weapons, both in photos and period artwork!

Great book indeed, I have this one for ages and use it extensively. When I met David Edge in the late 1990's he told me they were working on a revised edition, but I haven't seen one since.

I, too, have had my copy since 1991.

To my knowledge, the revised edition planned was never published.
