For sale: An unusual antique or vintage cane dagger, from the estate of a prominent military individual (details to be provided to new owner). I believe this to be SE Asian - the wood, while a hardwood, is visibly grained and relatively light.

The hilt is in the form of a horse, the stylized appearance of which should help place its origin. The dagger measures about 6.5 inches in length and is of a triangular cross-section. The blade is embellished with a design that repeats on both sides.

This cannot be sold to someone where cane swords or daggers are forbidden, so please be aware of your local laws as such. :)

Asking $240 USD + shipping.

Now reduced to $175.

More sharp and pointy objects beckon, so I'd like to find a new home for this oddity. Same conditions re: shipping - free shipping to the lower 48, shipping at cost elsewhere.

The sound of crickets chirping in this thread has me wondering if I perceive more value in this than it is worth?

How about $150 + shipping at cost?

Nothing starts the weekend off right quite like a Friday-night BUMP... :)

BUMP for the masses.

And by "masses," I am of course speaking of the majority of the population, who finds themselves without - and in desperate need of - an ethnographic cane dagger. ;)
