Visayan knife?

this knife was listed on e-bay and someone buy it (not I am). But I want to know what it is and from where it is, how old it is and how it is named. My guess is that it is a Visayan knife. Someone know more?

Thank's Jose. I have never seen a knife like this. I search for Visayan but don't find something similar here. :shrug:
