I've decided to sell this khanjar. I greatly appreciate the help of all the collectors who've helped me correctly identify it!!!
It was recently discussed here -
The condition is quite sound, with a small crack in the horn handle. Leather or velvet is long gone from the scabbard.
The blade is possibly wootz. I've decided not to etch it, leaving it to the purchaser.
