In the most strict of terms, this blade is not karno tinanding, however, various groups of people do accept variation in the strict interpretation of the ricikan, so let us accept that this rather unusual ricikan is one such more or less acceptable interpretation.

However, karno tinanding is a straight blade, this blade appears to be waved, so if we want to adopt an accomodating approach and call it karno tinanding, it does need to be given as karno tinanding luk ---.

How many waves does this blade have?

I agree. This blade is missing a number of elements that are present in the drawing presented of Pandawa Karna Tinanding, the most obvious of which is it's lack of sogokan.
