Just for the fun of sharing (and because I was pretty please about the composition myself :) )
Some personal adornments from Borneo.
The bracelets of silver and shell specifically Iban, same as the bidang (skirt/Pua fabric).

NICE ITEMS :) I ESPECIALLY LIKE THE ARGUS PHESANT FEATHERS IT IS A TRULY REMARKABLE BIRD AND LIKE ALL OTHERS IN THE FAMILY I SUSPECT IT IS GOOD EATING. WHAT SORT OF TOOTH IS THAT BEAR OR LARGE CAT? DOSEN'T LOOK LIKE CROCODILE IN THE PICTURE.

The tooth is either bear, or canine. Both can be quite tasty. ;)

Nice "p.a.r.a.p.h.e.r.n.a.l.i.a." Willem.
Are that 3 little shells on the shell bracelets attached with some kind of gutta percha?
I also like the "mat" (which they had attached behind them to sit on), you have on the pua!

Hi Maurice,
Yes, these are some shell like pieces.
I have seen them on necklaces too.
I think it is not the entire shell, but a part of shell, grinded down, or maybe some kind of closure/cap found on some shells.
