RELICS MUTATOR Relics

The Relics mutator provides a number of special pickups which persist until your character is killed, the level ends or you 'drop' (or discard) them (see below). You can hold only one at any time. They appear randomly about the map and move if they are not picked up after a while.There is a color code for the discs:
Strength - increases damage you inflict
Defense - reduces damage you receive
Regeneration - increases your health
Speed - increases your speed
Vengence - nasty explosion if your character is whacked
Redemption - respawn if killed, keeping your weapons
Vampire - increases your health at adversaries' expense
Thorns - harms the player that harms you
Agility - Improved maneuverability
Invisibility - Makes you invisible except when firing weaponIf you want to be able to 'drop' a relic, such as to be able to pick up another you desire more, you can issue the command mutate DropRelic to the 'console' (which you get after pressing the [tab] or [~] key to get the > cursor). The command must be typed exactly as shown, that is with a capital D and R. As this is not so convenient in combat, you may edit the User.ini file in the game's \System directory in order to bind a key. Towards the top of that file you will find a series of lines, beginning with A=, then B=, then C=, etc. Place the text mutate DropRelic after the key you wish to bind the command to. So, to use the Z key, you would edit the line beginning Z= to read Z=mutate DropRelic.
FLY MUTATOR Fly Mutator 7 by MrEvil (Miles Asvachin)
This mutator really changes the entire nature of any map it is employed in. What were once obstacles become easily accessible - but remember, your adversaries have the same advantage - so long as they remember that it takes a quick double tap of the space bar (jump) to change between flying and walking modes.
MAP 'SNATCHING' UTILITY UT2003 Cache Cleaner by [Twist]Shark_Killer (Rob Bardour)
Whenever you play a new UT2003 level, all the necessary files are written to your UT2003\Cache folder so you do not have to download them again the next time you play that level. After 30 days these files are discarded. The cache cleaner renames and moves them to the appropriate directories so that you may keep and play the level in instant action or host a game with it. Watch for textures (.utx), static meshes (.usx) and animations (.ukx) that may also be needed besides the (.ut2) map file. Mutators arrive with a (.u) extension, but you often cannot use them locally as the associated (.int) file does not get downloaded. Similarly, music files (.ogg) are not downloaded.
